NUTRITION

Creation of culturally inclusive evidence-based nutrition and wellbeing education and training.

HEalth promotion

Health promotion, events, talks and workshops to empower and educate communities at risk of health inequalities. To reduce the burden of preventable illnesses and reduce years spent in ill health.

  • We host community events focused on health promotion for minoritised groups who are most affected by health inequality. We partner with other healthcare organisations, including the NHS, to provide trusted information and improve access to healthcare. We want to empower local communities to make informed choices about their wellbeing and general health.

  • We love sharing information about health. We take a culturally aware approach to ensure our messages about food, physical activity or wellbeing reach our intended audience.

  • Our workshops are a great way to collaborate with others and learn about healthy habits. All workshops include practical elements like cooking or physical activity.
